#didyouknow? This is Nicodemus and he is a Vizsla. Vizsla’s originate from Hungary and are built for long days in the field, hunting for rabbits, ducks, deer etc. This breed does well with children and other dogs. They are known to be very high energy pups, but tend to be easily trainable. Vizsla can live up to 12-14 years and wage to be about 45-60 pounds. They form tight bonds with their owners and hate to be left alone. Vizsla’s have developed other breeds like; Weimaraners, German short haired pointers and many other breeds have had the vizsla’s bloodline to thanks. Given vizslas can run up to 40MPH it is said they are the second fastest breed to greyhounds. Fun fact puppies are all born with blue eyes that then turn green and finally become amber/brown when grown. Vizsla’s are intelligent, opinionated, sensitive and affectionate making them great family dogs; if you can handle the energy lol! This breed benefit from plenty exercise and mental stimulation!
