We are open Monday-Friday from 6 AM to 7 PM and Saturday/Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM. For the security of staff and guests, our doors are locked after the closing of reception.

Absolutely or check out our full resort video tour here. Optimal tour times are between 12:30pm-1:30pm for a full facility. You can stop by anytime for more information; however, during peak hours, you may experience a waiting time of 5-30 minutes because of clients checking in/out as well as moving dogs around the resort. We try and accommodate tours during reception hours. No dogs are allowed on tours.

Boarding guests check-in prior to 2pm no charge.  After 2pm is a charge of $50 per dog.

Check-out is by 12 PM. After 12pm pick-up is ($30 per dog charge).  There are no partial rates for overnight guests.

If you are not able to arrive during business reception hours, then your dog will spend the night and can be picked up on the next business day (excluding major holidays when reception is closed). If you decide to have a friend or relative pick up, please let us know and give us their name and information. Payment will also be collected on the phone if necessary.

No, we do not take walk-ins at any time. All guests of Stay Pet have gone through our evaluation day process.

Our front office is closed on major holidays and there are no check-ins/check-outs.

However, guest's schedule is the same routine with lots of daycare and activity throughout the day.

Holidays include News Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day (Closed Sunday before), Fourth July, Labor Day (Closed Sunday before), Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Yes, daycare reservations are required and can be scheduled via email, text or phone.

Yes, all daycare passes expire after 6 months and are non-refundable.

We are a socialized dog resort providing a safe and fun environment for your dog. The evaluation day is a full resort introduction.

We want to make sure that your dog is comfortable in their suites, with our staff, and with other dogs. We consider it the first day of “school" and getting to know where everything is and who are these new friends.

We spend one-on-one time with your dog and slowly introduce other dog friends. It’s important that your dog gets acclimated to the sights, smells, sounds, and routine of Stay Pet before joining the other guests in open playtime.

New guest evaluations must be scheduled in advance due to the individual attention given to each dog. Stay Pet has sole discretion to separate your dog from other guests at any time.

Stay Pet offers a different kind of daycare/boarding experience with constant stimulation. Because we are both an indoor and outdoor facility, your dog is with other dogs and humans playing throughout the day.

Dogs get private rest throughout the day in a suite. We provide fresh water in each suite as well as throughout the facility in each play areas.

Sometimes, like people and children who get busy or play at school, they forget to drink.

We are so grateful for the men and women who serve our country.  We do not offer a military discount but Stay Pet donates to many charities including America's Vet Dogs.

We require a veterinarian certificate indicating proof of vaccination for Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), Bordetella, and Canine Influenza Bivalent Vaccination (CIV).

All guests must be treated with an effective form of flea control and heartworm prevention.

We strongly recommend that current daycare guests get a fecal exam every six months or yearly.

All guests must be 10 weeks or older to join daycare play. All daycare guests must be spayed or neutered, unless under six months of age. Once they are over six months of age, they must be spayed or neutered in order to socialize with the other guests in daycare. Puppies 10 weeks and older must have a negative fecal exam before coming to Stay.

As many dogs are sensitive to sudden dietary changes, we find that it's best for owners to provide dogs' regular food for the entire length of their stay.

We require that all meals be prebagged for each meal (Ziploc bags work well). This provides the exact portion you want for each meal. There is an additional charge of $1.50 per day (per dog) for separating meals.

We do not accept large dog food bags, Tupperware containers, or food bins.

Stay Pet proudly uses and serves Purina EN Gastroenteric.

Due to the potential health issues associated with raw chicken and meat, we do not allow it into the facility. We will serve “pet-labeled and pet-approved” raw dog diets in original unopened packaging. We recommend freeze-dried alternatives during their boarding. Please call the resort prior to discuss your dog's diet.

By request, we can prepare specialized meals, including cooking or thawing. Depending on the request, a charge of up to $10 per meal per dog may be required.

Yes - we can oral medicine included in boarding cost.  We can not give injection medicine (i.e: insulin).

Timed/Scheduled medication are an additional charge of $5 per administration.  (i.e. medicine given 30 minutes before a meal or eye drops and wait 15 minutes)

Medication must be labeled in the original container and dosage instructions are included. Please do not put medicine in any food or pill pockets.  Medicine cannot be administered between 10 PM – 5 AM daily. We recommend extra doses in case of unexpected boarding extensions.

Yes. However, there is no group play activities or daycare for dogs over six months of age. They will still receive lots of love and private play throughout their stay. On the rare occasion that a dog goes into heat while boarding, an additional $50 per day fee applies plus she will be moved to a private isolation room ($105 a night). A female in heat can stress our male guests staying at the resort and requires extra sanitation protocols. If your dog is currently in heat prior to boarding, we, unfortunately, cannot knowingly have her board with us.
